$10.00 credit towards your first purchase of Ricci wine

Probably the last thing anybody wants to receive is another piece of junk mail that floods their inbox. We get it. With that being said, if you elect to join our mailing list, it is our sincere vow to never blow up your email with unwanted messages. In our estimation, we probably send 1-2 emails per month at most. In addition, these 1-2 emails will usually contain cool details about wine releases, special promotions, or awesome events that we have in the pipeline. It is one of the best ways to stay informed with what we have going on at Ricci Vineyards.

Lastly, we understand that personal information is valuable, and as such, we are willing to offer a $10.00 credit towards your first purchase of Ricci wine upon signup. This promotion code will be displayed after your email has been submitted below.

Thank you for joining our mailing list and we look forward to keeping you in the loop!

Frequently Asked Questions

General Questions

A: Although we plan to be present in restaurants and wine shops, our distribution network is in its infancy.  The most dependable place to find our wine is directly through us, either through our membership program or our online shop (which can be found here).

A: At present we do not have a tasting room that is open to the general public. If you are interested in trying our wines in-person, please contact us at hello@riccivineyards.com.

A: All of our wines lean towards the dry side but we do have sparkling wine to offer. Our sparkling wines are made using the “pét-nat” method (if you aren’t familiar with this type of wine, check out our blog post). Regarding sweet wines, if they are more your style, we encourage you to give our wines a try anyway. We feel pretty confident that you’ll be swayed.

A: Absolutely.  Our site’s connection is secure, which means you can place orders online and rest assured that any information submitted is very safe.

A: If making a purchase through the online store or enrolling in the membership program, all major credit cards are accepted. Cash, Venmo or Apple Pay are accepted in-person. No checks are accepted for payment.

A: Generally, with regard to wine purchases, all sales are final. For our wine policy, you can read it here.

Shipping Questions

A: The cost varies depending on the quantity of wine purchased, but we have created a general shipping table that can be accessed here.

A: Shipping wine can be a tricky thing and there are some states where shipping legalities are pretty rigid (Utah for example). If you live in a state where shipping might be an issue, please reach out to us to see what options are available.

A: Yes. There is a pickup option that can be selected during the checkout process for those who prefer to retrieve their order personally. If you are a customer that lives within our immediate area, we are happy to personally deliver your wine as well.

A: Yes. Most participants in our membership program receive flat-rate shipping on their recurring wine shipments in April and October. Outside of the membership, we always offer complimentary ground shipping on orders of 12 bottles or more. In addition, we will periodically offer special shipping promotions throughout the year which are announced typically through email.

Membership Questions

A: In the membership program we process orders twice a year, in April and in October. Billing will occur on a predetermined day/week in those respective months.

A: Yes. We will send a notification by email approximately 2 weeks prior to processing any payments for the wine member shipments.

A: Absolutely. You can skip shipments as you like, or remove yourself from the program altogether if you need to. HOWEVER, please submit your request, by email, to skip or cancel prior to the billing date for the nearest upcoming shipment (occurring in April or October). Please note that consecutive requests to skip may also result in forfeiture of your membership. If need be, you may also fill out a cancellation request here if you prefer.

A: If you previously elected to pickup, or you contact us prior to the shipment being billed and request to retrieve your wine personally, we can certainly accommodate your request. We can also, within reason, make arrangements to have your wine delivered to our local area for free.

A: Prior to your order being processed, we will notify you what you are scheduled to receive via email. You will have the option to adjust or add wines to your shipment at that time.

A: We’ve outlined it for you below:

  • Enrollment date is after 10/1 – 1st shipment will be in April of the following year.
  • Enrollment date is after 4/1, but before 10/1 – 1st shipment will be in October of the current year.
  • Enrollment date is before 4/1 – 1st shipment will be in April of the current year.

A: Of course! We encourage you to buy however you wish, but inventory will always be set aside for our members. If we sell out through our online store, there’s not much we can do.

A: We are always flattered when you purchase wine from us — whenever that ends up happening. If you would like to order wine in-between your scheduled shipments in April and October, it is always appreciated. In addition, the majority of members receive a discount on most wines whether they are purchased as part of your wine club shipment or not.

Ricci Vineyards Rosé of Pinot Noir

Remnants of an Old Windmill

The image above, which can be found on the label for our Rosé of Pinot Noir, is the last remaining vestige of a windmill that existed on the property long before it ever became a vineyard. Perhaps more precisely, this was part of a wind pump that drew water from an underground well and fed it into a stock trough for grazing cattle. Although the cattle have long been removed, and the physical relics of a livelihood that existed prior to the vineyard slowly fade to dust, this tower is an unrelenting reminder of our family’s legacy; first as ranchers, now as farmers, and forever patrons to the land.
